Scope

These terms apply to your use of the FUNNY TOY 怪奇玩具總動員 ("we") website and shopping service. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns policy.

Accounts

Please give accurate information and keep your password safe; actions taken through your account are treated as yours. Tell us right away if your account is misused.

We may suspend or close accounts used for bad-faith orders or abuse of points or offers.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed once we receive payment (or, for pay-at-pickup orders, when we dispatch it).

If a price is clearly wrong, an item is unavailable or we otherwise can't fulfil an order, we may cancel it with a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars. Orders shipped outside Taiwan include an additional 5% tax; international postage is quoted separately.

Payments are processed by ECPay and PayPal — we never receive or store your card number.

Points

1 point = NT$1 off at checkout. Points can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. Points used on cancelled or returned orders are refunded.

We may change the points rules with prior notice.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and times are shown at checkout. For overseas orders, please check your local import rules; costs from customs holds or returned parcels are paid by the buyer.

Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this site belong to us or their original owners and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep information accurate, but we aren't liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party services (payment, carriers).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
