What we collect
When you register, order or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, email, delivery address or pickup store, and order details.
When you browse, we automatically record your IP address, browser type and visit time for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To process orders, payments, shipping and returns; provide customer service; manage member accounts and points; and keep the site secure.
We only send marketing messages if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing with third parties
To complete your purchase, necessary data is shared with: ECPay (payments and convenience-store logistics), PayPal (overseas payments), carriers (SF Express, Chunghwa Post, convenience stores) Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (sending order and account emails).
If you log in with Google or Facebook, we only receive your name and email.
We use the Facebook Pixel to measure advertising. We never sell your personal data or share it except as required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and your cart, and tools such as the Facebook Pixel to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while you have an account; order records are kept as required by Taiwan tax law.
Passwords are stored as secure hashes — we can't see them — and the whole site uses HTTPS.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to access, copy, correct, stop the use of, or delete your personal data. Email funnytoyonline@gmail.com and we'll respond within the legal time limit.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date.
